Don Amaya, Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Mr. Amaya will have overall strategic responsibility for recruiting, compensation, benefits,
and compliance for C-bridge's offices worldwide. He will also oversee the company's
comprehensive professional development program, which includes educational offerings
through the C-bridge Institute.

Prior to joining C-bridge, Mr. Amaya was Vice President of Staffing and Education at EMC
Corporation, where he helped build a recruiting organization that was able to hire more
than 3000 employees worldwide. He also established EMC University to address the
professional development needs of EMC's employees, customers, and partners. Previously,
Mr. Amaya served as Vice President of Human Resources for Keane, Inc. from the mid-1980s
to the mid-1990s.
