Possibly the definition of book value??? I don't know.

But some things we do know. PAIR has no debt.
200 Million in Cash Equivalents.
350 Million in assets from GSPN buying the ME unit.
800 Million was paid for Promatory by Nortel which was a small private upstart competitor to the Avidia product.
450 Million is a low ball estimate for the rest of PAIR and its annual sales of 250 Million.

That totals 1.8 Billion/75 million shares = $24 a share as a fair price.

Deduct $4 for Strauch and the rest of management.

Show me $20 and I'll sell. Even to ADTN.

Then buy poor PAIR please.
