Looks like I got caught nappin'....dagnabit!

I see PFIC has entered the B2B e-commerce arena. This Nov. news explains the recent movement in price and volume (at least ta me).:

ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov 8, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Pacific Engineering Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PFIC) announced today that it has entered into the E-Commerce arena through its existing web site of pacificeng.com as well as the addition of partsportal.com.

Partsportal.com will allow companies to order components and replacement parts for their existing facility over the internet.

Statistics show that 90% of all processing plants in North America were built prior to 1985. These plants do not benefit from the technological advances of the past 15 years and need to be replaced. Pacific Engineering is positioned to capture a portion of this tremendous wave of new business. For example, partsportal.com will allow companies to check the updated specifications of the newest extruders, mixers, etc. and see if they are needed to make their plants more efficient. Pacific Engineering could further assist these companies with the installation of the equipment.

Pacific Engineering expects to have partsportal.com developed over the next quarter. President and CEO, Greg Magda, stated, "we are very excited with the growth of Pacific Engineering. We are getting additional business from our existing customers, while continuing to add new clients every month."

Gonna hafta keep a better eye on PFIC from this point on! Thx fer the post!

Happy Trades...Kowboy
