I think most of us investors are like the Quick rabbit. We sing "Patience is a virtue" and then we sell. I read a report once that said the average jos-six-pack investor loses money in the market because they buy on excitement and sell on the panic.

You may be right about a jump in stock price being a year or so out. I hope its not too late for your daughter's tuition! :0)
