Please, define book value for me! And how does Promatory's value work into PairGain's book value? This should be interesting! Also, how do you get $350MM in value for the sale of the ME unit? Stock is worth a little over $150MM and the note is for $90MM -- looks a lot closer to $240MM than $350MM! I am a long time holder of PAIR (no sympathy expected) -- I mean long time, like 2 1/2 years! Greg
