Brad

I've traded BANY in the past (.23-1.00 range) and check in here, occasionally, to see if anything is happening. Your logic is interesting regarding ANYI moving up. But I have a question about BANY itself.

BANY is basically a one-man-band, if I recall. It's been a long, long time since Scott (what's his name) and C. Yost assured everyone that all SEC filings would be properly submitted "in about two weeks". Given BANY's status it does not seem like they were. The failure to spring for a SEC lawyer to properly marshal these filings through the SEC really seems to be a failure to stock holders. Do you really believe, under such circumstances, BANY would ever break .50 again -- dependent upon stock holder confidence? Or does your strategy focus entirely on ANYI doing well and having a great desire to completely divorce the BANY relationship by doing a buy-out and stock swap?

I'm asking the question because I've always made good money on this stock and would consider another go at it if those close to the stock truly had a good feel. Of course, at this point, the word of honest -- you're one :-)-- investors is about as much DD as one can do on this stock.

Your thoughts will be appreciated.
