Here's an interesting tidbit for FNCM longs. The Vanguard group has increased their position from 57300 shares 2 Q's ago to 208200 shares as of 12/31/99. I think the vanguard group is a mutual fund company... has anyone else heard of these guys? LOL insidertrader.com EZ
