I would have to go back through the press release but I find it most interesting that I don't really remember the words "CRM" coming up too much. Everything was e-commerce this and that :-) Who is our competition now I wonder? The other thought I had is how are the Siebel sales folks going to take to the thousands of IBM sales folks running around selling their software now? I wonder if there will be any channel conflict through that?
