Jim, Yost just got convicted. I can't help but believe that had something to do with the process not going forward. Can BANY come back?.......Probably not with Yost as CEO....IMO. I think he will step down. They need to get back to the BB. There is a new guy....and I believe he could take over....I understand he is a bright guy. And both ANYI and BANY will need an entire layer of new investors.......both have lost many over the last few months. I guess you wait until the SEC approves the return to the BB....If you catch it early....the stock may still be at 13 cents. I guess it would be then....when you peek over at ANYI....and see if it's trading at $10.00.....or even $5.00. Just my opinion.....very high risk. But the value may be there....on a back door....and on a wing.....and a prayer. bg
