It certainly remains to be seen whether his salary is justified. He is paying himself more than most people in his field by about twice as much. Can you explain the need for the Yonkers facility? If NIH is going to ultimately prove whether reticulose has any merit, then what will the expensive facility be used for? Dr. Hirschman, is not a super star in his field, from anything I have found. What do you know of that qualifies him as one? He has published no research other than the recent one about ADVR, for which he was paid handsomely. Neither the Journal of Investigative Medicine ( a poorly regarded publication) nor Mt Sinai can verify that this abstract was reviewed by any peers, which is normal procedure. His assistant in this work was referred to as a Dr., when in fact he is a lab technician. WHAT would give you the impression that he is a Super Star? I understand he told people he would win the Nobel Prize for his work on Reticulose. His abstract didn't seem to cause even a tiny ripple in the scientific world. I would imagine his contract did though, if there are any other applicants, perhaps they too hope for a sizeable compensation package.

If you have any idea why ADVR, needs 3 separate facilities, when they don't have a product, I would like to hear it. Where do you get your information concerning recent applicants? It isn't in the 10K which I did read, except for the finacials, which I skipped, since they are pretty obvious anyway. The future debt looks enormous, future revenues seem to be a long way off. Current apathy about the company, by the public, is fairly obvious. I don't think it's on anyone's list of hot investment ideas, when you consider the recent trading history. Dr. H rather than generate any confidence, seems to have caused a drop in the stock price of about 50%.

Yes I meant Freeport... and do you know what the current lawsuit mentioned in the Quarterly report is about?
