The first I-Link product for the Public Internet was Internet Call Waiting(ICW). We all know about that...Right? The second product, which is in final stages of development, is "click to call" service. Product Description: It will be offered FREE to all the companies with an Internet Web Site. At the Web Page you and I can click on an icon to place a free call to customer service representative. I-Link's system will initiate a call to your telephone, on the same line that you have your Internet connection, and will connect you to the rep at the other end. Cost of Service: It is FREE to the web site host, the likes of Amazon.com.... ebay.com... etc., and its FREE to the consumer. I-Link Source of Revenue: I-Link will offer 5 minutes free per call, and display a timer at the web page. Right above the timer, I-Link will have it's own display AD or the ADs of others for a fee. That's exciting development.... to see I-Link providing "picks" and "shovels" to the Internet "Gold Diggers" for some real gold. Glotech (from yahoo post)
