This is to anyone. Does Iomega have any patents. I would like to know why some manufacturers won't step in and upgrade there floppies to large removeable disk's the same way as manufactures did when they moved from the 5 1/4 to the 3 1/2 floppy drive. Does anyone know who first invented the 3 1/2 drive. Two years from now I suspect Iomega will be just another floppy drive maker. I look down at my 3 1/2 floppy drive and it doesn't even have a name on the front. In other words it is a commodity. Just an opinion, I am sure not many of you will like this comment, but isn't it something to think about? Happy investing. I hope you all make a ton.
