Hi Dave,

I think the news did impact the stocks price yesterday. The assumption of more financial responsibilities was not seen in a positive light. I did find the news surprising myself.

My hope is, of course, that there is some big reason why BND has bought more manufacturing facilities.

And we will hear about it soon,
