I'm just astounded about the attitude of our brokerages. Here is a missive sent to me yesterday from Investorline....I was complaining about the long wait times.... We have had an independent survey done of our industry for three weeks in November and December. The independent company called all of the direct brokerage houses 10 times everyday for three weeks and timed the wait. We ended up in the front place with the shortest average wait time. It's schit like this that breeds poor service.... Sapper
