One more thing about Bank of Montreal ... when I closed all my accounts at the real life B of Ms and opened accounts with mbanx I still had to go to the bank to make US deposits. While there the bank tellers realized that I was no longer a customer of theirs but a customer of mbanx online banking. They asked me what it would take to get my business back so I would reopen my accounts with the real life branch ... I guess they were losing alot of customers to the online bank (which is a separate company from them). I told them the only way I would consider coming back was if they fired all the employees at that branch and started with a whole new group of people. You would not believe the kinds of mistakes they make over there. The service and politeness of the mbanx employees is incredible. They are soooo friendly and efficient it blows my mind ... 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and with a smile ... you can't beat that. We'll have that with brokerages soon ... it's only a matter of time. Lola:)
