LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 2000-- The X-Stream Network (NASD OTCBB: XSNI), the UK's third largest and first free ISP, today announced that it has launched its innovative free ISP portal service in The Netherlands. The Dutch launch marks X-Stream's fifth country to date and reinforces its position as one of Europe's most rapidly expanding Internet Service Providers.
X-Stream will distribute its unique free software through its web site at x-stream.nl, via the Texaco, Videoland and New York Pizza retail outlets and also through Start, The Netherlands' leading temp agency. Together, these powerful partnerships will offer more than 1,300 points of distribution for X-Stream's software, amongst the widest distribution to date for a free ISP in The Netherlands.
