The "ONLY 500 mil" will help keep the price depressed for a LONG time. Once the bonds are convertable they will give the stock a hit,, thankfully that is 3 years out and I hope to be gone in 3 weeks to 3 months,,,


You won't have to wait three years for the hit. If the bonds are convertible at or near current price, arbitraguers can and will short EGRP against the bonds. E*Trade is a good enough credit risk for it to be worthwhile.
