Interesting technology, Board taken over by shareholders working to increase shareholder value. The stock is beginning to awaken, look at the chart. The rumor I see on the threads is buyout, or merger. This post from RB gives a rumor impact date the second week of February: ragingbull.com . A stock ($0.25) with this patented high tech timely technology should be selling in the $$ IMO. Lots of public data out there, PRs, SEC, etc.

PS, my read on the wallowing of this company in the past was an ineffective management that valued their security over shareholders. There's now new management, shareholders.
