John,
The earnings improvements that you highlight in your post, do not even include the $6 to $8 Million annual expense savings that were forecast last year, when PTEC took one time charges in order to produce these anticipated savings. In fact, if my memory serves me correctly, didn't the company announce such expected annual savings, from one time writeoffs, on two different occasions last year.
