NSTG... Here is the story: On the Daily list, the E is to be added on Jan 28... Now, we know that NSTG filed several weeks ago. In fact they received NO COMMENT back from the SEC regarding the filing. Where the problem comes in is the layers and layers of beauracracy within the SEC. There is a screwup in that the system automatically adds the E when it is time to go out on the daily list. NSTG fell through the cracks. I have seen the filing. I know for a fact that the SEC had no comment. Even IF THE E GETS ADDED, IT WILL NOT GET DELISTED. THE COMPANY IS FIGHTING NOW TO KEEP THE E OFF, BUT WERE HONEST IN TELLING ME THAT THE E MAY BE APPENDED FOR A WEEK OR SO UNTIL THE EFFECTIVE DATE WHICH IS 7 FEB AS PER YESTERDAY'S NR. I AM STILL HOLDING. TOM
