That's odd that you called CONG. That was the old name/symbol and was changed to OEII. Let me know if you get the package. i requested one 2 months ago and forgot I requested it. Will call back and ask again.

Called back 416-360-7165 and the answer machine said "thanks for calling Outer Edge...." Very odd that she said CONG. Could be she is a long-time employee and just made a mistake.
