Richard, it should have an impact but the slimy companies may start exchanging cash with their barter agreement to make them appear to be cash transactions when in reality it is still essentially a barter transaction. I'll buy a million dollar ad from you and pay but only if you do the same nudge nudge wink wink.-g- I suspect they will be slow to implement the change as well so more people can be suckered. Mike
