Zoltan, Interestingly enough, some of these engineers are actually putting technology ahead of cold hard cash. there s a group of guys looking outside of CSCO right now because they are bored. They have a boatload of equity on the table, but are also looking for the start-ups. LU, NT and CSCO are all having this problem in MA, all for different reasons. LU has the technology but the share price is down, CSCO has the share price but the technology in the northeast is weak and NT has the share price and routing technology but no shares.... Brian
