IPO to be launched week of 14 Feb. - Could catch.
Lets hope for a good Valentine present for the shareholders of TSSW.
3 Million shares to be offered. Remainder shares to be help by the insiders . . .over 60%. TSSW with CEO shares to own about 10% of float.
