I agree with your "Best buy" assesment. But, I don't buy the idea that the street has some kind of conspiricy against "small investors". I think the major players are too busy trying to out perform each other (which is healthy) they care less about "small investors" IMHO. The facts (recent news) have caused the general mood in the semi industry to change from "explosive growth" to "cautiously optimistic" growth. This will cause a revaluation of these stocks and they can swing from too far in one direction (TNCR @48) to to far in the other direction (TNCR @16). It's just going to take time for people to adjust their portfolios and during some days (or weeks) there will be more sellers than buyers and during other days (or weeks) the reverse will be true. This is a natural result of free markets at work. Thank goodness for these trends because they provide great buying and selling opportunities if you feel strongly about the intrinsic (long term) value of a company. By the way, TNCR at $2.66/shr @ P/E of 12-15 (reasonable IMO for a growing, solidly earning company like TNCR) should reach a price of $32 - $40 /share. Split that in the middle and my target price is $36/share. @ current prices I think it's way oversold.

CG - long TNCR
