No idea whether any one is building a position or not although it is possible if some one wanted to go into this sector since except for Ingenico and some Checkmate insiders, the shares are widely distributed as far as I remember... More likely investors who expect IVI to recover from the very low valuation this year are gradually accumulating without running up the price and since there is no IR machine at IVI, all of us are helping them do just that.. They are getting a bargain... Sooner or later this will come to life and then the process will reverse..
