Thanks Sarkie~ The rest of the article is interesting too...I would think that BofA is again very conservative with both the target $ and the timetable....

Also, from the way the note re sponsorship is written, it makes it seem as if PA is involved with CSCO as well...He isn't, is he?

NEW YORK, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Banc of America on Wednesday said it started research coverage of High Speed Access
Corp. (NASDAQ: HSAC) with a buy rating and a year-end price target of $32.

-- The company will benefit from accelerating cable modem penetration, wrote analyst Doug Shapiro.

-- It also has powerful sponsorship, including equity ownership by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures,
his cable operations, Charter Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR), Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) and
Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO).

Shares of the company were up 1 at 21-9/16 in trade on the Nasdaq stock market.
