Ron, what does this all mean-
the news about the convertible shares?
does that mean that the share price is going to jump up to $5. automatically, as if by decree, or only to the holders of the debt instrument? any news on NASD listing?
where do you think this will go?
seems like a good buy still.
do you know how many S/O and the float?
