iVoice.com's Top Executives Interviewed by Dow Jones & Company
Recent Financial Strides, Increase Demand for Shares Generates Interest in Telephony Company

ABDERDEEN, N.J, January 24, 2000 - Executives of iVoice.com (OTC: Bulletin Board: IVOC), were interviewed recently by the prominent business news publisher Dow Jones & Company, in the wake of several financial strides made by the company. iVoice.com, a manufacturer of voice and computer telephony systems, is growing rapidly thanks, in part, to the company's Unified Messaging System, according to iVoice.com Chief Executive Officer, Jerry Mahoney. The Unified Messaging System allows users to manage voice mail, e-mail and faxes through Microsoft Outlook. "We've already received a tremendous amount of orders for it and we expect to start delivering within the next 60 days," Mahoney told Dow Jones Newswires on January 21.

Mahoney added that iVoice.com is developing a Linux-compatible product.

iVoice.com officially moved out of penny-stock prices on January 18, when its shares closed at 1 11/32; two days later, the stock closed at 3 3/2. iVoice.com has also announced that it anticipates this year's first quarter sales to increase more than 100% from the same period last year. The company has indicated that it would like to gain listing on the NASDAQ stock market and has stated that it plans to file registration statements with the SEC early this year. One of iVoice.com's competitive tools is a highly-accurate voice recognition technology the company received from Entropic Inc., before the Washington D.C.-based speech-recognition company was acquired by Microsoft Corp. (MSF) in November, according to iVoice.com's Chief Financial Officer, Joel Beagelman.

Beagelman attributed some of the recent surge in demand for iVoice stock to Internet message boards used by investors.

iVoice.com recently announced that investment banking firm The NIR Group, will invest $5 million in the company over the next several weeks.
