Venkie, I think we are due for one that goes up after earnings. JDSU is special, IMHO.
Rapid growth and very high barriers to entry. The NT CEO also mention how hard it is to some components. Hard for a competitor to set up shop in this industry.
In the case of QCOM, there is still competition with other standards.

NT was driven by great optical demand. The stock is higher today after earnings--only beat estimates by 2 cents (US GAAP). Even after it had a huge run up in the last 3 months, it is still going higher.
