Rainbow Technologies' Signs Key OEM Agreement to Speed Internet Security Protocols for eCommerce
Rainbow Technologies Inc., (Nasdaq:RNBO), a leading provider of high-performance security solutions for the Internet and eCommerce, and Network Engines (www.networkengines.com) Tuesday entered into an OEM agreement to add Rainbow's CryptoSwift(TM) eCommerce accelerators in Network Engines' new CommerceEngine(TM) Internet server appliance.
Adding CryptoSwift to CommerceEngine provides eBusinesses with a means of deploying and managing a scalable server platform for handling large volumes of Web transactions securely and efficiently.
CommerceEngine is a fast, reliable and secure transaction processing platform for eCommerce companies competing for online customers. CommerceEngine, which is a scalable Internet appliance, can process as many as 200 transactions per second in a highly secure hardware architecture. The CryptoSwift cards provide CommerceEngine with increased capacity, speed, system availability and performance for scalable eBusiness environments and applications.
