I never provided any professional services or had any sort of contract or employment arrangement with them, I was just an active shareholder that called up the company several times in the past to offer advice, I was very supportive on SI and RB, and helped them out when various bashers starting in on them at various times last year. Whitman very graciously offered some shares as a thank-you. I do the same with lots of companies that I hold stock in, and have in a couple of instances been acknowledged by the companies for my efforts. That's what I like about microcap and emerging growth companies. The CEO's often get personally involved with the shareholders and really care and listen to what people think. I still try to speak with Whitman now and then, and I'll pass his comments on to the threads when I do. Gator
