Morning guys,pretty quiet.
Since it is, and the HLB extension is up as of Jan 31/2000, I'd appreciate some opinions on the following:
I don't if there is any relationship or interest by any of "our companies" in Hlb (other than Hlb hold CNB SHARES.
That being said I have a interest in Hlb as it has been such a puzzle to me. I had viewed the company in the light of FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY.
I had envisioned in 4-5 years the possibility of exporting coal to Asia to be gasified and used in electrical power production in a fuel cell (non combustible) process. I read that by-products are marketable in the use of cement, etc.
It just occurred to me that in 5-10 years fuel cell technology will be such that it could be possible to mine the coal, directly feed it into a gasifier and into a stationery fuel cell power plant with electricity being supplied to the grid on demand. aka:(just in time technology. THIS WOULD HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF SUPPLYING ALL OF vANCOUVER ISLAND WITH A CLEAN/NON POLLUTING ELECTRICAL POWER SOURCE.
Presently HLB is being bought for the present price of its CNB SHARE ASSETS. anybody have a comment on the possibility of this being a good investment at this price.
