>>Anyone else hear that execs from NSI and from Vanenberg met recently with officials from the NASDAQ in a preliminary meeting (presumably about listing)? Kick in with your thoughts and/or info, folks.<<

Ooooh if this is true, then it marks the beginning of a new era for this company. If anyone recalls, Don Sandford (NSI's President) had promised that they would be on NASDAQ before their next annual general meeting. Last year's AGM was held in April!

I know that their decisions to merge with ClickChoice.com made the company that much stronger, and the US market should get pretty excited about what they will be bringing to the table. I also want to remind everyone that to qualify for the National Market (NASDAQ's Big Board) one of the things that they have to have is an average share price of $5 US / $7.50 CDN for a period of 45 days. Here is a link to the NADAQ listing requirements.

So, if this is true, then I am betting that we can start to see some impressive news which will drive the share price up to that level (or higher) in the very near future. After all you don't file to list on NASDAQ unless you are confident that you can meet their listing requirements.

Yup, your small post has made me very excited about what is coming down the pipe for us all! <VVBG>
