I don't know the answer BUT it sure sounds really bad. No wonder Bill Bradley is having heart trouble, he spent an awful lot of money and time there for about six hundred votes!!! Same goes for Al Gore, I think the point here is that NO-ONE wants to vote for these people AND the media cannot bring itself to the public to admit this point.
