Some old but still fairly recent press releases from the company: Diversa Granted U.S. Patent Protecting Normalized DNA Libraries diversa.com Diversa Granted Key Evolution Patent ["Method of DNA Reassembly by Interrupting Synthesis"] biz.yahoo.com According to the filings, the IPO appears to be 6.5MM shares for 13-15 apiece. Expected IPO date is Feb 7. Anyone have any comments on this one? -G
