No other news on ETEK.

Sales for Q2 25% higher.
GM about 50%
Operating profit in the range of 28-30%
Tax rate going to 34% from 33%, will make an adjustment in Q3 to 35½%

Sales projection 415M in Q4.

Stock split, they hope we all approve it!
