Where did you get:
April 15, 1997 -- Dr. Cioffi sells shares to pay taxes. Dr. Cioffi still holds more than 2,000,000 shares in stock and options. Sells were less than 5% of his holdings.
It is still hard for me to believe a professor has a tax bill of 15+ million.
