Cramer makes sense (for once?). 30% growth is still 30%. China and Latin America are growing at 100% and 70% respectively. Someone has got to sell them computers.

bottom line is that shortages create pricing opportunities which means that the Average Selling Price has probably seen it's bottom in 1999. Dell has tons of cash to buy it's way back from short term perceived failure. Intel continues to boom. Semis look good
