News release April 23 Michigan acquisition completed, drilling to begin Mr Michael Carr reports The company's wholly-owned Michigan subsidiary, Trans Superior Resources, has completed the purchase of 100% of the shares of voyageur Land corp for us$720,000. A finder's fee of 64,800 shares is payable, subject to a hold period expiring April 18 1998. voyageur's assets consist of minerals rights covering 257 square miles in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Drilling of the compaany's nickel targets is scheduled to start during the week of April 28. An initial 10,000-foot, six-hole program will test geophysical anomalies associated with a layered troctolite sill and adjacent regional-scale structures along 30 miles of prospective strike length. The company now owns approximately 370 square miles of minerals rights in the Upper Peninsula. In addition to the nickel targets, the company will explore gold and base metals tatgets on it's lands in 1997.
