Do you know a company called 'microunity' located in silicon
valley? I heard they are working on some advanced processor
specialized for multimedia application. If you know this company,
do you mind comment on it ?

I agree with you that cube need some more innovative product
to support its long term growth. Even DVD can come out by
the end of year, there will be many MPEGII decoders avaliable
in the market. The same situation will happen again like
MPEG I at this time. It all depends on the time frame when
DVD will hit the market. The sooner, the better for cube.

At this moment, I would say MPEGII encoder is the only safe weapon
for cube to generate nice profit in the near future.
