CPQ is on a big and public campaign to cut the ASP of commercial PCs IN HALF and they are busy outlining those plans in front of analysts over the next few days.

I can't understand why anyone still believes this is a short term thing. The other guys are moving to a different business model and killing PC ASP is just part of the strategy.

I think I have been saying this for months now... where's the exit strategy?
