Actually.......

I actually think the lawsuit may be a good thing for those unable to get allotments. This may be keep the IPO day's trading from getting unreal.

As an investment, the suit doesn't bother me. Though I don't know the particulars of the litigation, the lawsuit sounds like it is primarily a matter of intellectual property. Intellectual property on the internet- that is patenting ideas rather than products- is hard to prove from what I've read. Should be an interesting settlement none the less. But to me it looks more like one company trying to protect and grow market share.

I still like the company, its marketing methods, and its growing list of clients.

Anyway, what has your experience been with WIT?
From what I understand they have a lottery. Have you received allotments of the companies you 've requested typically? Or, have you only been able to get those that aren't heavily subscribed? If you've received shares, what happened to you if you flipped those shares, did you get put at the bottom of the IPO line? Plus, do you need a minimum account balance to qualify for the IPO allotments?

Sincerely,

z
