RE: MOT Press Release. MOT just won't learn. Until yesterday, MOT may have had a "good faith" justification for its disparagement of QCOM and perhaps its alleged threats against customers and suppliers. Now that judge has ruled that it has no likelihood of success and made findings on dress and patent, its argument of "good faith" is slim. I cannot believe that MOT would issue a press release that flatly states "our intellectual property was blatantly misappropriated." It is not couched as opinion or belief; it is not couched as an allegation. QCOM's attorneys are gonna have a field day when the thing comes to trial. MOT is only making it easier for QCOM to prove unfair competition.

At least, it is not as bad as Ericy's totally misleading press release. On the Ericy press relase, I wouldn't be surprised if an SEC investigation opened up and it brought an action against Ericsson.
