Looks like hardly anyone is selling. Volume is very low. Put yourself in the place of a dealer, you would keep lowering your bid, until no one accepted. All though the news is almost 3 weeks old, I would hazard a guess, that halve the small investors still do not know. It takes a while for news to be disseminated. If not on Internet I would not have known. I subscribe to the Journal and it was not in the edition I receive. My neighbour who is buying Quidel on the dips did not know until 4 days ago,when I told him. Another friend with thousands still does not know. Nothing makes sense, to-day the stock is down on extremely low volume and the warrant is up. The warrant at this price has no intrinsic value,I think, until the stock is 8 1/2. If we all received the same news at the same time and all understood it the same, by my reckoning there would be no market.
