Bob, Thanks for the update. I saw the Valencia site a couple of weeks ago, and it looks like it will be a dominant part of a very busy landscape at this large mall which also has many theatres including an Imax. The increased density of restaurants in the southern CA area may also give the comapny more visibility to investors, as well as allowing very favorable gross revenue comparisons. The more rapidly that quality expansion moves can be made the better, regardless of short term effects on profitablity. Any reasonable analyst would look at the top line growth and also what the profit would be without dominant development expenses, in my opinion.
