Druss, thanks for the comments. With Valence's past history of being a "garbage stock" <g> I'm sure CIBC was extra careful on this one. Also I hear from a trusted source they put one of their best analysts on it. There are no guarantees in this market, but IMO the risks continue to diminish. Regards, Gary
