Thank you for the information. I don't really know the person in question very well, I vaguely remembered her from when AntMan introduced her to the Myth thread back in, I believe, late 1998. At the time, she was very big on YHOO, which, after that, seriously tanked for a while, is my recollection, which is probably faulty. And then it came back to life. And IceShark said he felt like that person when one of her Inuts came back to life, and we all knew what he meant. As to who is, and who isn't, a day trader, you will please forgive me, but even if I knew, I wouldn't remember. We were just using verbal shorthand, we knew what we meant, and it wasn't intended to become a major
deal.
<edit>What you may not know is that Ice shorted Intel, and was in danger of losing a lot of money, and was having an unusually bad day. And to be told by the person in question that she is making 2000% per year on her investments and retired at age 35 was salt in the wounds. So please, cut him a break. |
