I expect a hige rally after the Fed raises .25%. I think that will mark the end of the correction. Everything in this market is time compressed. What is 30% from 160? 112. I sure hope not but it is not that far away. There is really no way to hedge now. Puts, although not gaining very much by today's action are still pretty costly. Selling calls isn't much agood either. They zapped those real good today. Not much premium to sell. If you're long, you just have to sit this one out and wait for it to be over.
