Dan, I understand more fully now what you meant. Why is it that the half that is at .18 is unable to make any significant numbers of 750/800 P-III? Is the proces at it's upper edge and they may be able to make a flood of 500-600's but once they get over 650 or so the bell curve starves them of those high speeds. In fact they are so starved it is like a barrier stopping them from making anything above 750 or so?
